New HVAC System is Delivered

The cleanroom HVAC project is progressing with relatively little interruption to cleanroom operations. We are still looking at an early March completion. Here are some pictures showing the delivery of the two new redundant chillers for dehumidification and the delivery of the new "make up air handler". The system will include new digital controls and an overall upgrading of the HVAC system so that we will be able to reliably control the temperature to 68F +/- 1F and the Humidity to 35% RH +/- 3% throughout the facility 365 days a year. The make up air handler will provide additional outside air for pressurization of the facility and future additional exhaust.
